No. All tracks on our site are completely royalty-free.
We have two different license agreements:
i) “Standard Music Licence” means a licence which grants the Licensee the non-exclusive right to synchronise Music in a Production and use the Music once only, paying a one-off fee as per the terms of this agreement.
ii) “Enhanced Music Licence” means a licence which grants the licensee the exclusive right to synchronise in a Production certain Music designated for the purpose of the Licence by GMSounds, for which licence an up-front fee plus an ongoing monthly fee is payable in accordance with the terms of this agreement.
Licenses from our website are granted for a perpetual term. A license never expires or loses legitimacy specific to the original project for which the license was granted. If you use a song licensed to you for another project, a separate license will be required. For custom licenses, the term will be up for negotiation. Contact us for more details.
